The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting cooling water for fuel cell vehicle, the apparatus which cools a stack which is a generate module of the fuel cell vehicle. More specifically, a first ion removal filer (31) which filters metal ions from the cooling water; an electric conductivity sensor (32) which measures electric conductivity of the supplied cooling water; and a cooling water supply pipe (41) comprising a solenoid vale (33) for opening and closing operation are connected between a water reservoir (10) filled with the cooling water and a TMS (20) of the vehicle. A cooling water collection pipe (42) to which a vacuum generation device (50) and a water pump (55) are branched and connected by a first three-way valve (61) is connected to the TMS (20) of the vehicle. A second three-way valve (62) for branching and supplying the cooling water selectively to the water reservoir (10) or the outside is connected to the water pump (55). A second ion removal filter (65) for re-filtering metal ions from the cooling water is additionally installed between the second three-way valve and the water reservoir. The apparatus for injecting cooling water for fuel cell vehicle enables the cooling water to be circulated and reused. Accordingly, the apparatus for injecting cooling water for fuel cell vehicle has excellent economic feasibility and efficiency.

    본 발명은 연료전지 차량의 발전 모듈인 스택(Stack)을 냉각시키는 연료전지 차량용 냉각수 주입 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 냉각수가 충전되는 물 리저버(10)와 차량의 TMS(20) 사이에 공급 냉각수 중에 금속이온을 걸러내는 제1이온제거필터(31)와, 공급 냉각수의 전기전도도를 측정하는 전기전도도 센서(32)와, 개폐 작동을 위한 솔레노이드 밸브(33)가 설치 구성되는 냉각수 공급 배관(41)을 연결하고, 상기 차량의 TMS(20)에 진공발생장치(50)와 물펌프(55)가 제1의 3웨이밸브(61)에 의해 분기 연결되는 냉각수 회수 배관(42)을 연결하되, 상기 물펌프(55)에는 냉각수를 물 리저버(10)와 외부로 선택하여 냉각수를 분기 공급하는 제2의 3웨이밸브(62)를 연결하고, 상기 제2의 3웨이밸브와 물 리저버 사이에는 냉각수 중에 금속이온을 다시 걸러내는 제2이온제거필터(65)를 더 설치하여 냉각수를 순환시켜 재사용하도록 하므로 경제성, 효율성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
