Provided is a blower device for a high voltage battery system, providing high cooling performance without increases in the size and the weight. The blower device comprises: a cooling blower unit having an inlet which sucks indoor air of a vehicle, and an outlet which discharges the sucked indoor air to the battery module and cools the battery module; and a cooler unit arranged in the outlet and cooling the indoor air discharged through the outlet in a cooling method using a Peltier effect.

    고전압 배터리 시스템의 블로워 장치가 제공된다. 상기 블로워 장치는, 차량의 실내 공기를 흡입하는 흡입구과, 상기 흡입된 실내 공기를 배터리 모듈 쪽으로 토출하여 상기 배터리 모듈을 냉각시키는 토출구를 구비한 냉각 블로워 유닛 및 상기 토출구에 배치되어, 펠티어 효과를 이용한 냉각 방식으로 상기 토출구를 통해 토출되는 상기 실내 공기를 냉각시키는 쿨러 유닛을 포함한다.
