Disclosed is an integrated power device. The integrated power device comprises: a power unit of a DC-DC converter disposed between a high voltage source and a low voltage battery of a lower voltage than the high voltage source and a full load; a first cell module connected between the high voltage source and the DC-DC converter; and a power pack control module integrating a control unit of a battery management system configured to manage the first cell module and a control unit of the DC-DC converter. The present invention can integrate a battery and a converter cooling structure, thereby minimizing and lightening the integrated power device.
