The present invention relates to a safety inspection system for an electric vehicle and is to limit the input condition of a disconnector by comparative determination of the absolute number of workers on a rooftop and the absolute number of workers who have come down from the rooftop when the workers have moved onto the rooftop, on which a streetcar line is installed, for maintenance of the rooftop facilities, and to fundamentally prevent an accident of ground fault of a high current due to a lapse of memory and mistake of a worker for the disconnector. To achieve this purpose, the safety inspection system of the present invention comprises: a detection unit which is installed on a ladder or stairs, by which an inspector goes onto the top side of the inspected facility, and which detects the number of persons who have moved up, and the number of persons who have come down; a comparative determination unit which compares and determines the absolute values of the number of persons, who have moved up, and the number of persons, who have come down, through the value in accordance with a detection signal of the detection unit; a signal output unit which outputs a release signal of a disconnector or a signal, which limits the input condition, through the value of determination by the comparative determination of the comparative determination unit; and a control unit which, when the absolute value of the comparative determination of the comparative determination unit is the same, outputs a release signal, which is for releasing the locking status of the disconnector, through the signal output unit.

    본 발명은 전기차의 안전 검수시스템에 관한 것으로, 작업자가 지붕설비의 유지보수를 위해 전차선이 설비되어 있는 지붕으로 이동시 올라간 인원과 내려온 인원의 절대값을 비교 판단하여 단로기의 투입 조건을 제한함으로써 단로기 투입자의 실념 및 착오로 인한 대전류 지락사고를 근본적으로 방지할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 검수자가 검수설비의 상부로 진입하기 위한 사다리나 계단에 설치되어 올라간 인원과 내려온 인원을 감지하는 감지부; 감지부의 감지신호에 따른 값을 통해 올라간 인원과 내려온 인원의 두 값인 절대값을 비교 판단하는 비교 판단부; 비교 판단부의 비교 판단에 의한 판단값을 통해 단로기의 해정신호를 출력하거나 투입 조건을 제한하는 신호를 출력하는 신호 출력부; 및 비교 판단부의 비교 판단에 의한 절대값이 같으면 단로기의 쇄정 상태를 해정하기 위한 해정신호를 신호 출력부를 통해 출력하는 제어하는 제어부를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
