The present invention relates to a composite leaf spring for a commercial vehicle. The composite leaf spring employs an improved structure to enhance the cargo protection performance and reduce the stiffness thereof. According to the present invention, the composite leaf spring for a commercial vehicle absorbs the impact transmitted to a vehicle body, supports the load of the vehicle body, and has rubber springs installed on the lower parts of both ends. The center part of the composite leaf spring is thicker than both ends of the composite leaf spring. Through grooves are formed on the outer side surfaces of both ends of the composite leaf spring in the longitudinal direction. An elastic member is inserted into the through grooves. A press unit is formed on the upper part of the through grooves to be pushed toward the elastic member and come in contact with the elastic member. A support unit is formed on the lower part of the through grooves to support the elastic member.

    본 발명은 스프링의 강성을 이원화하고 승차감 및 화물보호 성능을 향상시키기 위해 그 구조가 개선된 상용차용 복합재 리프 스프링에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차체로 전달되는 충격을 흡수하고 차체의 하중을 지지하며, 양단부 하부에 러버스프링이 설치되는 상용차용 복합재 리프 스프링에 있어서, 중앙부는 양단부에 비해 두께가 두껍게 형성되고, 상기 양단부에는 길이 방향으로 바깥 측면에 관통홈이 형성되고, 상기 관통홈에는 탄성부재가 삽입 설치되며, 그리고, 상기 관통홈의 상부는 적차시 상기 탄성부재 쪽으로 밀려 상기 탄성부재에 접촉되는 밀림부가 형성되고, 또한, 상기 관통홈의 하부는 상기 탄성부재를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된 상용차용 복합재 리프 스프링을 제공한다.
