The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent element with high visibility of emitted light and uniform brightness when being seen from a rear side of a vehicle; and a lighting device for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the organic electroluminescent element comprises: a flexible substrate (16); an anode (11) installed in the flexible substrate (16); first and second light emitting units (12, 14) installed in the anode (11), including a light emitting layer; and a cathode (15) installed in the first and second light emitting units (12, 14). A light distribution characteristic of light outputted to the outside satisfies a relation of 0.85<=L2/L1<=1.20 and L3/L1<=0.45; wherein L1 is a front brightness, L2 is a brightness at a viewing angle of 20, and L3 is a brightness at a view angle of 60.

    본 발명은 후방 차량에서 보았을 때의 발광 광의 시인성이 높고, 밝기가 균일하게 보이는 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 유기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자는 플렉시블 기판(16)과, 플렉시블 기판(16) 상에 설치된 양극(11)과, 양극(11) 상에 설치되고, 발광층을 포함하는 제1 및 제2 발광 유닛(12, 14)과, 제1 및 제2 발광 유닛(12, 14) 상에 설치된 음극(15)을 구비하고, 외부에 출사하는 광의 배광 특성에서, 정면 휘도 L1, 시야각 20도의 휘도 L2 및 시야각 60도의 휘도 L3이, 0.85≤L2/L1≤1.20 또한 L3/L1≤0.45의 관계를 만족하도록 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
