The present invention relates to a BLDC hub motor apparatus for an electric motor which comprises: a fixation shaft which is installed to enable a housing to relatively rotate through a shaft hole of the housing and is joined and fixated to an object to be installed; a stator which has a stator wire formed to be integrated with the fixation shaft; and a rotor which is integrally joined to the housing, is relatively rotated to the stator, and has permanent magnets arrayed therein. The housing has a first inner cooling flow channel formed to pass from a first support unit, through the inside of the housing, to a second second support unit to enable cooling oil to be circulated through the housing and the fixation shaft through the first support unit and the second support unit which support the housing to be separated from the fixation shaft and rotated. A pumping piece, which has one end portion, fixated to an inner wall of the first inner cooling flow channel, and the other end portion, installed to be elastically moved in the first inner cooling flow channel, and thus generates pumping force of the cooling oil as the other end portion moves in accordance with changes in centrifugal force in accordance with changes in the rotation speed of the housing, is installed in the first inner cooling flow channel. The pumping piece is a made of a bimetal material having a first plate and a second plate which have different thermal expansion coefficients and are bonded to each other. According to the present invention, the BLDC hub motor provides circulation force of the cooling oil in accordance with the change of centrifugal force and a temperature in accordance with the change of the rotation speed of the housing and can perform cooling by expanding an open area of a circulation flow channel of the cooling oil when the temperature increases.

    본 발명은 전기 자동차용 BLDC 허브모터 장치에 관한 것으로서, 하우징의 축공을 통해 하우징이 상대 회전할 수 있게 설치되며 장착대상체에 고정되게 결합되는 고정샤프트와, 고정 샤프트에 일체로 형성된 고정자 권선을 갖는 고정자와, 하우징에 일체로 결합되어 고정자에 대해 상대 회전되며 영구자석이 어레이된 회전자를 구비하고, 하우징은 고정 샤프트에 대해 하우징을 상호 이격되어 회전되게 지지하는 제1 및 제2 지지부를 통해 냉각유가 하우징과 고정 샤프트를 통해 순환될 수 있도록 제1지지부로부터 하우징의 내부를 경유하여 제2지지부로 이어지게 제1내부 냉각유로가 형성되어 있고, 제1내부 냉각유로 내에는 일단이 제1내부 냉각유로의 내벽에 고정되고 타단은 제1내부 냉각유로 내에서 탄성적으로 유동될 수 있게 설치되어 하우징의 회전 속도 변화에 따른 원심력의 변화에 따라 타단이 유동하면서 냉각유의 펌핑력을 발생시키는 펌핑편이 설치되어 있고, 펌핑편은 열팽창계수가 상호 다른 제1플레이트와 제2플레이트가 상호 접합된 바이메탈소자로 형성되어 있다. 이러한 전기자동차용 BLDC 허브모터 장치에 의하면, 하우징의 회전속도 변화에 따른 원심력 변화와 온도변화에 따라 냉각유의 순환력을 제공하고 온도 상승시 냉각유의 순환유로의 개방영역을 확장하여 냉각시킬 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
