The present invention relates to an electric power steering apparatus comprising a torque rotor, a position rotor, a sensing part, a torque sensor, a first self-generation body and a second self-generation body. The torque rotor has an input shaft coupled to an inside thereof and has a first magnetic body positioned outside. The position rotor allows the torque rotor to be rotationally arranged inside, has an output shaft coupled thereto, and has a second magnetic body connected to an upper stator and a third magnetic body connected to a lower stator, which is alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. The sensing part senses magnetic fields of the upper stator and the lower stator. The torque sensor includes a substrate electrically connected to a first hole element and a second hole element, which are connected to the sensing part. The first magnetic generation body is rotated together with an input shaft and the output shaft and has a plurality of first electrode rods with one electric pole, positioned to be spaced in the circumferential direction. The second magnetic generation body includes a plurality of second electrode rods, which are positioned to be spaced in the circumferential direction and allow their electric rods to be changed as the first electrode rod approaches or is spaced in such a manner that the first self-generation body is rotated, to generate energy by a potential difference between the second electrode rods that are adjacent. The electric power steering apparatus is able to be self-generated when a driver performs a steering operation to allow a torque sensor to be operated without a supply of power and is able to also supply power to an electronic control device.

    본 발명은 전동식 조향장치에 관한 것으로, 내측에 입력축이 결합되며 외측에 제1 자성체가 구비되는 토크로터, 내측에 토크로터가 회전 가능하게 배치되며 출력축이 결합되고, 상부 스테이터에 연결되는 제2 자성체와 하부 스테이터에 연결되는 제3 자성체가 원주방향을 따라 교대로 구비되는 포지션로터, 상부 스테이터와 하부 스테이터의 자기장을 검출하는 센싱부, 센싱부와 연결되는 제1 홀 소자와 제2 홀 소자가 전기적으로 연결되는 기판을 포함하는 토크 센서, 입력축 및 출력축과 함께 회전하며, 하나의 전극을 띠는 복수개의 제1 전극막대가 원주방향으로 이격되어 구비되는 제1 자가발전체, 및 제1 자가발전체가 회전운동하여 제1 전극막대가 근접 또는 이격됨에 따라 전극이 바뀌는 복수개의 제2 전극막대가 원주방향으로 이격되어 구비되어 이웃하는 제2 전극막대 사이의 전위차로 에너지가 발생되는 제2 자가발전체를 포함하여 운전자의 조향시 자가발전되어 전력공급 없이 토크센서가 동작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전자제어장치로 전력을 공급해줄 수 있게 된다.
