The present invention relates to a flooring material for a ship, which successively comprises from bottom to top: a bottom layer; a base material layer; a printed layer; and a transparent layer, and in which one or more of the layers comprise a polyurethane resin. In addition, the present invention relates to a method to manufacture the flooring material for a ship, which successively comprises from bottom to top: a bottom layer; a base material layer; a printed layer; and a transparent layer, comprising: (1) a step of preparing the bottom layer to manufacture the bottom layer with a composition, which comprises: 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane resin; and 100-300 parts by weight of a filler; (2) a step of preparing the base material layer to manufacture the base material layer, which comprises a glass fiber which is impregnated with a PVC sol; (3) a step of printing to print on the base material or laminate a film or a paper, on which a pattern is printed and to form the printed layer; (4) a step of preparing the transparent layer which comprises: a transparent PVC film or a PET film; and (5) a step of laminating to laminate to let the base material layer with the printed layer be placed in between the bottom layer and the transparent layer. The flooring material for a ship of the present invention is able to reduce smoke density and toxic gas, which are generated by combustion of a resin during a fire, to be safe, to be flame retardant and superior cold and impact resistance, and to be easily handled in winter.

    본 발명은 하부에서 상부로 순차적으로 하부층; 기재층; 인쇄층; 투명층을 포함하되, 상기 적어도 어느 하나의 층이 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 하부에서 상부로 순차적으로, 하부층; 기재층; 인쇄층; 투명층을 포함하는 선박용 바닥재의 제조에 있어서, (1) 폴리우레탄 수지 100 중량부에 충전제 100-300 중량부를 포함하는 조성물로 하부층을 제조하는 하부층 준비단계; (2) PVC졸로 함침처리된 유리섬유(glass fiber)로 구성되는 기재층을 제조하는 기재층 준비단계; (3) 상기 기재층 상에 인쇄하거나 인쇄무늬가 인쇄된 필름 또는 종이를 합지하여 인쇄층을 형성하는 인쇄단계; (4) 투명 PVC 필름 또는 PET 필름로 구성된 투명층 준비단계; (5) 하부층과 투명층 사이에 인쇄층이 형성된 기재층이 위치하도록 합지하는 합지단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 바닥재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 선박용 바닥재는 화재시 수지의 연소에 의해 발생되는 연기밀도 및 독성가스를 저감하여 안전하고 난연성이 우수하며 내한충격성이 우수하여 동절기 취급이 용이한 효과가 있다.
