The present invention relates to a hidden refuge for crewmen. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the hidden refuge for crewmen which comprises: a shelter built inside a hull; an adjacent space located adjacent to one side of the shelter; an inner wall located near the shelter to divide the shelter and the adjacent space, of which a portion is recessed toward the shelter to form a path; a double-wall which includes the outer wall located near the adjacent space while spaced from the inner wall; a disguised door which opens and closes an entry of the path; and an inner door which opens and closes an exit of the path passing through the double-wall.
