The present invention relates to a defogging sensing device for a vehicle. While both ends of a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) having a temperature sensor installed therein are fixed on a printed circuit board (PCB), an upper portion of the printed circuit board (PCB) is covered by a partition wall unit protruding from a lower edge of an upper case. The upper case is detachably mounted on a lower case forming a space between a bottom surface and the printed circuit board (PCB) in response to a height of a support protrusion supporting the printed circuit board (PCB). A pair of attaching protrusions formed on a middle portion inside the partition wall unit of the upper case penetrates the printed circuit board (PCB) to tightly attach the flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) to a front windshield of a vehicle. A temperature/humidity sensor arranged on an upper surface of the printed circuit board (PCB) is arranged between one side wall and an auxiliary partition wall of the partition wall unit. Both ends of the flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) are fixed on the printed circuit board (PCB) to prevent separation. The upper and the lower case are detachably mounted to allow a warrantee service without discarding the defogging sensing device when a failure occurs and minimize disposal expenses. The flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) is tightly attached to the front windshield of the vehicle by the attaching protrusions to prevent the flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) from rising. While the upper case and the lower case are mounted by the partition wall unit and the auxiliary partition wall, a temperature of external air directly transferred to a portion adjacent to the front windshield on an indoor side through the front windshield of the vehicle is prevented from penetrating the lower case to be transferred to the temperature/humidity sensor to accurately measure an indoor temperature and indoor humidity near the front windshield of the vehicle.
