A cooling device for a power module of an electric vehicle is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the cooling device for a power module of an electric vehicle, comprising: an upper body; a lower body coupled to a lower portion of the upper body; a cooling pipe installed along the circumference between the upper body and the lower body and providing a flow passage of cooling water; and a heat dissipation seat member applied to be surrounded by the cooling pipe.

    전기차의 파워모듈용 냉각장치에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상부 몸체와, 상부 몸체의 하부에 결합되는 하부 몸체와, 상부 몸체와 하부 몸체 사이에서 가장자리를 따라 설치되며, 냉각수의 유동 경로를 제공하는 냉각배관과, 냉각배관에 둘러싸이도록 도포되는 방열시트부재를 포함하는 전기차의 파워모듈용 냉각장치를 제공한다.
