The present invention relates to an interior material for automobiles which improves the migration resistance of a plasticizer and thus realizes excellent surface physical properties, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an interior material for automobiles, comprising: a surface layer comprising a first plasticizer and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin; and a base layer comprising a second plasticizer and polyurethane (PU) foam. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof.
