Provided is a method for stopping an elevator in the event of a power failure. The method comprises the following steps of: determining that a power source for a drive system of an elevator has failed; retaining energy electrically separated from the power source; managing the retained energy to enable drive-assisted emergency stop of the elevator; and stopping the elevator by using the managed and retained energy.

    전력 실패 시에 엘리베이터를 제동하는 방법이 제공된다. 방법은 엘리베이터의 구동 시스템에 대한 전력원이 실패한 것을 결정하는 단계, 전력원으로부터 전기적으로 분리된 에너지를 유지하는 단계, 엘리베이터의 구동-보조된 긴급 제동을 가능하게 하도록 유지된 에너지를 관리하는 단계 및 관리되고 유지된 에너지를 이용하여 엘리베이터를 제동하는 단계를 포함한다.
