The present invention relates to a system for testing traffic safety service, in which a traffic simulator operates in conjunction with wireless access in vehicle environments (WAVE) equipment, and in which a driver can directly drive a vehicle in a virtual environment provided by the traffic simulator and test and verify vehicle to vehicle, vehicle to infra, vehicle to pedestrian, vehicle to bicycle, and the like (V2X)-based traffic safety service and an application system. The system for testing traffic safety service comprises: first and second vehicle simulation drive equipment which generate state information of first and second vehicles; first and second traffic simulators which receive the state information of the first and second vehicles from the first and second vehicle simulation drive equipment, and generate drive data for the first and second vehicles; a simulator to OBU (Sim2OBU) server which collects the state information of the first and second vehicles and the drive data for the first and second vehicles from the first and second traffic simulators, and stores the state information and the drive data; and first and second on board units (OBUs) which include first and second virtual GPS servers adapted to receive the state information of the first and second vehicles and the drive data for the first and second vehicles from the Sim2OBU server and to generate first and second basic safety messages (BSMs). In this case, the first and second OBUs exchange the first and second BSMs with each other, and individually calculate possibilities of collision between the first and second vehicles based on both the first and second BSMs.

    본 발명은 교통 안전 서비스 테스트 시스템에 관한 것으로, 제1, 2 차량의 상태 정보를 발생시키는 제1, 2 차량 모의 주행 기구; 상기 제1, 2 차량 모의 주행 기구로부터 상기 제1, 2 차량의 상태 정보를 수신하여 제1, 2 차량의 주행 데이터를 생성하는 제1, 2 교통 시뮬레이터; 상기 제1, 2 교통 시뮬레이터로부터 상기 제1, 2 차량의 상태 정보 및 상기 제1, 2 차량의 주행 데이터를 수집하여 저장하는 Sim2OBU(Simlulator to OBU) 서버; 및 상기 Sim2OBU(Simlulator to OBU) 서버로부터 상기 제1, 2 차량 상태 정보 및 상기 제1, 2 차량의 주행 데이터를 수신하여 제1, 2 BSM(Basic Safety Message)를 생성하는 제1, 2 가상 GPS 서버를 포함하는 제1, 2 OBU(On Board Unit);를 포함하고, 상기 각각의 제1, 2 OBU(On Board Unit)는 상호간에 상기 제1, 2 BSM(Basic Safety Message)를 교환하고, 상기 교환한 상기 제1, 2 BSM(Basic Safety Message)에 기초하여, 상기 제1 차량과 상기 제2 차량의 간의 충돌 가능성을 계산한다.
