A thermal energy recovery device comprises: a thermal energy recovery circuit which performs the heat exchange of supercharging air from a supercharger and working fluid through a first heater by circulating the working fluid using a circulation pump and then performs the heat exchange of steam from an exhaust gas economizer and the working fluid through a second heater to drive a turbine together with the generator; and a control part which performs a stop control for stopping the circulation pump on the basis of the circulation state of the steam in a first steam flow path for circulating the steam from the exhaust gas economizer to a soot blower device.

    열 에너지 회수 장치는, 순환 펌프에 의해 작동 매체를 순환시켜서, 제1 가열기를 통해서 과급기로부터의 과급 공기와 작동 매체의 열 교환을 행하고, 나아가 제2 가열기를 통해서 배기 가스 이코노마이저로부터의 증기와 작동 매체의 열 교환을 행한 다음 터빈을 발전기와 일체로 구동시키는 열 에너지 회수 회로와, 배기 가스 이코노마이저로부터 수트블로워 장치에 증기를 유통시키는 제1 증기 유통 경로에 있어서의 증기의 유통 상태에 기초하여 순환 펌프를 정지시키는 정지 제어를 실행하는 제어부를 구비한다.
