The present invention relates to a ballast apparatus using a watertight bag of a very large crude carrier (VLCC), which performs a ballast function by installing a watertight bag made of a flexible watertight material in a crude oil tank and injecting clean water into the watertight bag. The ballast apparatus using a watertight bag of a VLCC comprises: a watertight bag which is installed in a crude oil tank filled with crude oil and controls ballast; a pipe which is connected to the watertight bag and sends and discharges the clean water to/from the watertight bag to control the ballast; and a pump which is connected to the pipe to send and discharge the clean water to the watertight bag through the pipe.

    본 발명은 원유탱크 내에 유연성 수밀 재질의 수밀주머니를 설치하고 수밀주머니에 청수를 주입시켜 밸러스트 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 한 원유운반선의 수밀주머니를 이용한 밸러스트 장치에 관한 것으로서, 원유가 채워지는 원유탱크 내에 설치되어 밸러스트를 조절하는 수밀주머니와, 상기 수밀주머니에 연결되어 밸러스트를 조절하기 위해 청수를 유입 및 배출시킬 수 있도록 하는 배관과, 상기 배관에 연결되어 배관을 통해 수밀주머니로 청수를 유입 및 배출시키는 펌프를 포함한다.
