The present invention relates to a water cooled battery cooling system of a hybrid vehicle. Conventionally, during the winter or early cold driving, while a temperature of coolant is significantly low, the coolant flows in a battery pack not to maintain a proper temperature of the battery pack, thereby reducing mileage and durability. According to the present invention, a water cooled battery cooling system of a hybrid vehicle includes an inlet part (110) in which coolant at a lower temperature flows in from a radiator in one side of a battery pack (100), and an outlet part (120) for allowing coolant at a high temperature to flow in to the radiator. In addition, a preheater (200) includes: a mounting part (210) sealed in the inlet part (110) of the battery pack (100) to be assembled; a heating part (220) equipped in the front of the mounting part (210), and in which a heating hole (221) for allowing coolant to pass therethrough is equipped to pass through the center; and a wire connector assembling part (230) for allowing the heating part (220) to be connected to a control unit of a vehicle, and for allowing the heating part (220) to receive an electrical signal of the control unit to be operated. According to the present invention, the preheater (200) installed in the inlet part (110) of the battery pack (100) is turned on/off according to a temperature of coolant, and the coolant at a constant temperature is supplied to the battery pack (100) during the winter or early cold driving, thereby improving mileage and durability.

    본 발명은 하이브리드 자동차의 수냉식 배터리 냉각 시스템에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 겨울철이나 초기 냉간 주행 시 냉각수의 온도가 너무 낮은 상태에서 배터팩으로 유입되기 때문에 배터리팩이 적정온도를 유지하지 못하여 주행거리 및 내구성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 배터리팩(100)의 일측에 라디에이터로부터 저온의 냉각수가 유입되는 인렛부(110) 및 고온의 냉각수를 라디에이터로 보내는 아웃렛부(120)가 구비된 하이브리드 자동차의 수냉식 배터리 냉각시스템에 있어서, 배터리팩(100)의 인렛부(110)에 실링되어 조립되는 장착부(210); 장착부(210)의 전면에 구비되며, 냉각수가 통과되는 히팅홀(221)이 중앙에 관통되어 구비된 히팅부(220); 히팅부(220)를 차량의 컨트롤유닛과 연결하여 주며, 히팅부(220)가 컨트롤유닛의 전기적 시그널을 받아 동작되도록 하는 와이어컨넥터조립부(230)로 이루어진 프리히터(200)를 상기 배터리팩(100)의 인렛부(110)에 설치하여 냉각수의 온도에 따라 프리히터(200)가 온/오프되어 겨울철이나 초기 냉간 주행 시에도 일정온도의 냉각수를 배터리팩(100)에 공급하여 배터리팩(100)이 일정 온도가 유지되게 하여 주행거리 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 매유 유용한 발명이다.
