The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a sliced veneer lighting panel and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a sliced veneer lighting panel, capable of preventing damage to a sliced veneer panel as well as having excellent marketability by preventing the departure of an optical fiber when emitting light to the sliced veneer panel through the optical fiber. The method to manufacture a sliced veneer lighting panel (1000) includes: a step (S1) of forming a plurality of pattern holes (1120) on a sliced veneer panel (1110) of predetermined width and length depending on a pattern or advertisement shape; a step (S2) of inserting an optical fiber (1200) into each of the pattern holes (1120); a step (S3) of cutting the optical fiber in the upper part of the sliced veneer panel (1110); a step (S4) of applying an adhesive to the optical fiber (1200), inserted into the pattern holes (1120) formed on the sliced veneer panel (1110), to fix the fiber; a step (S5) of polishing the surface of an optical fiber assembly sliced veneer panel (1100), inserted to prevent the optical fiber (1200) from departing from the pattern holes (1120) of the sliced veneer panel (1110), with sandpaper or an abrasive; a step (S6) of attaching to the surface of a lighting panel material (1300) which becomes transparent or translucent by a lighting lamp (3000); a step (S7) of cutting the optical fiber assembly sliced veneer panel (1100) along the edge of the lighting panel material (1300); and a step (S8) of forming a coating layer by using a coating agent so that productivity is improved as the surface of the optical fiber assembly sliced veneer panel (1100) is glossy and smooth.

    본 발명은 무늬목 조명판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 무늬목 판넬에 광섬유를 이용하여 조명을 할 때 무늬목 판넬이 파손되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 광섬유의 탈락이 발생하지 않아 상품성이 우수하도록 된 무늬목 조명판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 무늬목 조명판넬(1000)의 제조방법은, 일정한 폭과 길이의 무늬목 판넬(1110)에 패턴이나 광고 형상에 따라 다수개의 패턴구멍(1120)을 관통형성하는 단계(S1)와, 각각의 패턴구멍(1120)에 광섬유(1200)를 끼워넣어 삽입하는 단계(S2)와, 무늬목 판넬(1110)의 상부에서 광섬유를 커터로 절단하는 단계(S3)와, 무늬목 판넬(1110)에 형성된 패턴구멍(1120)으로 삽입된 광섬유(1200)가 빠지지 않도록 접착제를 이용하여 접착 도포하는 단계(S4)와, 무늬목 판넬(1110)의 패턴구멍(1120)에서 광섬유(1200)가 빠지지 않도록 끼워진 광섬유조립 무늬목판넬(1100)의 표면을 사포나 연마제에 의해 연마하는 단계(S5)와, 조명의 램프(3000)에 의해 투명 또는 반투명되는 조명판넬소재(1300)의 표면에 접착하는 단계(S6)와, 조명판넬소재(1300)의 테두리를 따라 광섬유조립무늬목판넬(1100)을 절단하는 단계(S7)와, 광섬유조립무늬목판넬(1100)의 표면을 부드럽고 광택이 있어 상품성이 향상되도록 코팅제를 이용하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계(S8)를 포함한다.
