The present invention relates to a controller of a circuit breaker for an alternating current electric railroad. The controller of the circuit breaker for the alternating current electric railroad includes: a control unit calculating an input phase angle () before input by receiving a voltage waveform before the input, which is measured by a voltage sensor installed in an input of the circuit breaker when the input on the circuit breaker is commanded, and outputting a real input command signal after a time is delayed as much as the input phase angle (); and a driving unit connected to the circuit breaker and inputting the circuit breaker which is an opening state by receiving the real input command signal. According to the present invention, the controller of the circuit breaker for the alternating current electric railroad can reduce inrush current and, therefore, can suppress the generation of abnormal overvoltage of an electric vehicle and transformation of electric energy due to the inrush current. The controller of the circuit breaker for the alternating current electric railroad also can solve malfunction of an electric facility and can solve an unnecessary protecting movement of the electric vehicle.
본 발명은 교류전기철도용 차단기의 제어기에 있어서, 차단기에 대한 투입명령시 상기 차단기의 입력단에 구비된 전압센서로부터 측정되는 투입전 전압파형을 제공받아 투입전 투입위상각(α)을 산출하고, 상기 투입위상각(α) 만큼 시간 지연시킨 후 실투입명령 신호를 출력하는 제어부; 상기 차단기와 연결되며, 상기 실투입명령 신호를 전달받아 개방상태인 상기 차단기를 투입시키는 구동부를 포함한다. 본 발명의 돌입전류 저감을 위한 교류전기철도용 차단기의 제어기에 따르면, 돌입전류를 저감할 수 있어서 돌입전류에 의한 변전 및 전기차의 이상과전압 발생을 억제하고, 전기설비의 고장을 해소함과 아울러 인근 전기차량 불요보호동작이 해소되는 효과가 있다.
