According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cable anchoring device includes: a vibration insulation member including a damper; a socket; and a cap. A rib formed in at least one of the socket and the cap is inserted into one portion of the damper. The vibration insulation member is inserted into a hole formed in the cap. The socket is coupled to the cap and, when the rib is inserted into the one portion of the damper, a void is formed in one portion of the damper.
