The present invention provides a method to manufacture a torsion beam having ultra high strength. The manufacturing method comprises: a material preparing process of preparing a flat tube in which at least partial facing surfaces are parallel; a preforming process of forming the flat tube into a preform using a preforming mold; and a hydroforming process of placing the preform on the hydroforming mold, and forming the preform into a final shape of a torsion beam by adding liquid pressure.
