The present invention relates to a floating structure (1000) for a wind power generator (400) and, more specifically, relates to a floating structure (1000) for a wind power generator (400), wherein the floating structure (1000) is manufactured to be a truss structure; thus reducing an amount of numbers, reduce production costs, and maximize stability to support the wind power generator (400) on sea. According to the present invention, the floating structure (1000) for the wind power generator (400) comprises: a first floating body (100); a second floating body (200); and a connection unit (300).
