The present invention relates to a technology which can secure noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) quality by applying a pattern block bead to a chassis floor panel. The present invention realizes a new NVH improvement structure of a chassis, which secures middle-high frequency performance while securing the same or excellent performance in comparison with a conventional double panel structure in a low-frequency area, thereby securing NVH performance in the low-frequency area and in the middle-high frequency area. Moreover, the chassis panel having a pattern block bead is advantageous in terms of the weight and costs. The chassis panel having a pattern block bead comprises: four divided panels; and beads which are formed in the center of the divided panels, respectively.

    본 발명은 차체 플로어 판넬에 팬턴블럭비드를 적용하여 NVH(소음진동) 품질을 확보할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 중고주파 영역에 유리한 평판에 비드 패턴을 배치하여 저주파 영역에서 기존 복곡 판넬 구조 대비 동등 또는 우수한 성능을 확보하면서 중고주파 성능을 확보할 수 있는 새로운 차체 NVH 개선 구조를 구현함으로써, 저주파 영역은 물론 중고주파 영역에서 NVH 성능을 확보할 수 있고, 중량과 비용 측면에서 유리한 패턴블럭비드를 적용한 차체 판넬을 제공한다.
