Disclosed is a stator assembly structure for a motor for a hybrid electric vehicle. The stator assembly structure for a motor for a hybrid electric vehicle allows a stator core of a motor for a hybrid electric vehicle to be fixedly installed on the interior of a housing of a power transfer element. The stator assembly structure includes a fixing member having a ring-shape, which is pressed and is installed on the surface of an inner wall of the housing and fixes the stator core. A flow passage is formed between the surface of the inner wall of the housing and the surface of an outer wall of the fixing member to allow a cooling medium to flow. An O-ring is installed between the surface of the inner wall of the housing and the surface of the outer wall of the fixing member to seal an edge of the flow passage. Mounting grooves are formed on the surface of the inner wall of the housing and the surface of the outer wall of the fixing member, respectively, to allow the O-ring to be mounted thereon. A pressure protrusion can be formed on at least one of the mounting grooves of the surface of the inner wall of the housing and the surface of the outer wall of the fixing member to press the O-ring. According to the present invention, airtightness of the flow passage for cooling water with respect to a support ring can be improved.

    하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 조립유닛이 개시된다. 개시된 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 조립유닛은, 하이브리드 차량용 구동모터의 고정자 코어를 동력전달 요소의 하우징 내부에 고정되게 설치하는 것으로서, 하우징의 내벽 면에 압입 설치되며 고정자 코어를 고정하는 링 형상의 고정부재를 포함하고, 하우징의 내벽 면과 고정부재의 외벽 면 사이에 냉각매체를 유동시키는 유동 통로를 형성하며, 하우징의 내벽 면과 고정부재의 외벽 면 사이에는 유동 통로의 가장자리 측을 실링하는 오-링이 설치되고, 하우징의 내벽 면과 고정부재의 외벽 면에는 오-링을 장착하기 위한 장착홈이 각각 형성되며, 하우징 내벽 면 및 고정부재 외벽 면의 장착홈 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 오-링을 압착하기 위한 압착 돌기가 형성될 수 있다.
