The present invention relates to a crash box assembly satisfying impact performance. The crash box assembly satisfying impact performance comprises a crash box, a pair of nuts, bent pieces and a fixed bracket. The crash box has the shape of a rectangular container and is included between a bumper beam and chassis to absorb collision energy caused when the vehicle is involved in a collision. The nuts are fixedly welded to faces, which are opposite each other, of an inner wall on an open end of the crash box, respectively, to be opposite each other. The bent pieces are vertically bent from open ends of the faces, on which the nuts are formed, in the direction allowing the bent pieces that face each other to be extended. The fixed bracket is integrally fixed to a side opposite the open end of the crash box. According to the present invention, weakness of rigidity, which is generated when fixing the nuts to the crash box, is reinforced, thereby improving safety in case of a collision.

    본 발명은 충돌성능을 만족하는 크래쉬박스 조립체에 관한 것으로, 범퍼빔과 차체 사이에 구비되어 차량 충돌시 충돌에너지를 흡수하는 사각통 형상의 크래쉬박스; 상기 크래쉬박스의 개방단측 내벽 상에 서로 마주보는 면에 대향되게 각각 용접 고정되는 한 쌍의 너트; 상기 너트가 형성된 면의 개방단에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 수직 절곡된 후 연장형성된 절곡편; 상기 크래쉬박스의 개방단 반대측에 일체로 고정된 고정브라켓;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌성능을 만족하는 크래쉬박스 조립체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 크래쉬박스에 너트를 고정할 때 발생되는 강도 취약을 보강함으로써 충돌시 안전성을 향상시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
