The present invention relates to a bidirectional converter circuit having battery charging and discharging functions and, more specifically, to a converter circuit capable of performing bidirectional dc-to-dc conversion by a switch control. The bidirectional converter circuit having battery charging and discharging functions according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a voltage transforming part having a first inductor and a second inductor coupled to each other; a first converting part which converts discharging power supplied from the battery to first partial driving power for driving a motor using the first inductor in a battery discharge mode; and a second converting part which converts the discharging power to second partial driving power for driving the motor using the first inductor and the second inductor in the battery discharge mode, wherein the first converting part and the second converting part are configured to convert the regenerative energy of the motor to charging power for charging the battery using the first inductor and the second inductor in a battery charge mode.

    본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 배터리 충방전 기능을 갖는 양방향 컨버터 회로는, 상호 결합된 제1 및 제2 인덕터를 구비하는 변압부와, 배터리 방전 모드에서 상기 제1 인덕터를 이용하여 배터리로부터 공급되는 방전 전원을 모터를 구동하기 위한 제1 부분 구동 전원으로 변환하도록 구성되는 제1 변환부, 및 상기 배터리 방전 모드에서 상기 제1 및 제2 인덕터를 이용하여 상기 방전 전원을 상기 모터를 구동하기 위한 제2 부분 구동 전원으로 변환하도록 구성되는 제2 변환부를 포함하되, 상기 제1 및 제2 변환부는, 배터리 충전 모드에서 상기 제1 및 제2 인덕터를 이용하여 상기 모터의 회생 에너지를 상기 배터리를 충전하기 위한 충전 전원으로 변환하도록 구성된다.
