Disclosed is a floating type water environment measuring device and a real-time water environment monitoring method using the same. The floating type water environment measuring device in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a floating body in which a receiving space is arranged, wherein an opening part, which communicates with the receiving space, is formed on a lower surface; a lower assembly including a watertight coupling part which is arranged on an upper part and forms a watertight structure with the opening part, and an echo sounding device which is arranged on an lower part and aims for a vertical direction by gimbals; and a control device which is arranged inside the receiving space, and generates, processes, and transmits data relevant to flowing water while processing water level data measured by the echo sounding device. Accordingly, the present invention provides the floating type water environment measuring device, which can effectively disperse external impact by a construction consisting of the floating body, the lower assembly, and a rudder, can measure an accurate water level by maintaining the echo sounding device toward a vertical direction, and enables stable operation and management of the device by generally lowering a center of gravity of the device and placing the rudder.

    부유식 수환경 측정장치 및 이를 이용한 실시간 수환경 모니터링 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 부유식 수환경 측정장치는, 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고 상기 수용공간과 연통된 개구부가 하단부에 형성된 부유몸체; 상단부에서 상기 개구부와 수밀구조를 이루는 수밀결합부와, 하단부에 구비되되 짐벌에 의해 연직방향을 지향하는 음향측심장치를 포함하는 하단조립체; 및 상기 수용공간 내부에 구비되고, 상기 음향측심장치로 측정된 수심데이터를 처리하면서 유수 관련 데이터를 생성, 처리 및 전송하는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부유몸체, 하단조립체 및 방향키로 이루어지는 구성에 의해 외부 충격을 효과적으로 분산할 수 있고, 음향측심장치를 항상 연직방향을 향하도록 하여 정확한 수심을 측정할 수 있으며, 장치 전체의 무게 중심을 낮추고 방향키를 구비함으로써 장치의 안정적인 작동과 운용이 가능한 부유식 수환경 측정장치 및 이를 이용한 실시간 수환경 모니터링 방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
