The present invention relates to throwing type life-saving equipment, which improves the operation reliability and stability of the equipment and enables long-distance throwing and throwing to an accurate position. To achieve this, the throwing type life-saving equipment comprises: an oval-shaped hollow main body which has multiple water inlet holes in the surface and a detachable cover in one side; an expandable resin body which is folded and received in the main body; a hollow handle part which is connected to the other side of the main body; and a rescue rope which is folded and received in the handle part.
