The present invention relates to a device for rapidly recovering a damaged hull of a large vessel. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to minimize an oil leakage by rapidly recovering a three-dimensional curved shape of a hull surface damaged in the case of an accident of the large vessel at sea, prevent the vessel from sinking, and rapidly repair the vessel to enable the vessel to sail again by transferring the damaged vessel to a docking facility for repairing within the shortest time after the accident. The device for rapidly recovering the damaged hull of the large vessel is capable of minimizing the oil leakage by rapidly recovering the hull surface damaged in the case of the accident of the large vessel at sea, preventing cargos such as coal and the like from being discharged from a vessel hold no more, preventing the vessel from sinking, and establishing a condition capable of transferring the vessel to the repairing dock, which is the final destination, by rapidly recovering the damaged hull of the vessel within the shortest time after the accident, thereby being helpful to harbor operation of a nation. In addition, a shipowner is capable of remarkably improving the efficiency of operating vessels with the most efficient method for accidents. Accordingly, the device for rapidly recovering the damaged hull of the large vessel is capable of improving the reliability and competitiveness in a vessel field, especially, not only in the vessel accidents at sea, but also in a similar or related field such as oil tank accidents on land. The device for rapidly recovering the damaged hull of the large vessel includes a fixed plate, a closed plate, multiple magnetic force generating units, and multiple pressing-supporting ports.
