A spudcan of a jack-up rig and a vessel or offshore structure having the same are disclosed. The spudcan of the jack-up rig, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a spud body which is coupled to the bottom end of a leg to be supported to a sea bottom in the bottom end of the leg arranged in the hull to be lifted to support the hull; a wedge part which is formed inside the spud body to be recessed under the bottom surface of the spud body and is stuck in the sea bottom; and a wedge moving unit which is formed in the spud body to move the wedge member. Therefore, the present invention improves the ground supporting force of a foundation structure.

    잭업리그의 스퍼드캔 및 이를 포함하는 선박 또는 해양구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 잭업리그의 스퍼드캔은, 선체를 지지할 수 있도록 선체에 승강 가능하게 배치되는 레그의 하단에서 해저에 지지되도록 레그에 하단에 결합되는 스퍼드본체; 스퍼드본체의 저면부 아래로 출몰 가능하게 스퍼드본체의 내부에 마련되며, 해저 지면에 박히도록 형성되는 쐐기부; 및 쐐기부를 이동시키도록 스퍼드본체에 마련되는 쐐기이동유닛을 포함한다.
