The present invention relates to a heaving reduction device for a semi-submersible offshore structure which is installed in a pontoon unit positioned below a surface of the sea or on the surface of the sea, installed in a lower portion of a plurality of column units. The heaving reduction device for an offshore structure comprises: a fixing member having a coupling groove formed on an outer surface in the longitudinal direction to be coupled to a side surface of the pontoon unit; and a heaving reduction plate where an insertion unit inserted into the coupling groove is provided to one end part. The heaving reduction plate is configured to be coupled to the fixing member to be fixated after the semi-submersible offshore structure reaches a target sea area in order to prevent drag caused by the heaving reduction plate during self-propulsion and reduce heave to improve operating stability when the offshore structure is moored at the target sea area.

    복수의 칼럼부의 하부에 설치되어 수면상이나 수면 아래에 위치되는 폰툰부에 설치되는 반잠수식 해상 구조물의 상하 동요 저감장치로서, 외측면에 길이 방향으로 결합홈이 형성되어 상기 폰툰부의 측면에 결합되는 고정부재; 및 일단부에 상기 결합홈에 삽입되는 삽입부가 마련되는 상하 동요 감쇄판;을 포함하며, 상기 상하 동요 감쇄판은 상기 반잠수식 해상 구조물이 대상 해역에 도착한 후에 상기 고정부재에 결합되어 고정되는 구성을 마련함으로써, 자항(self-propulsion)시에는 상하 동요 감쇄판에 의한 항력이 생기지 않으며, 대상 해역에서 계류될 때에는 상하 동요(heave)를 저감시켜 운용 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
