According to an embodiment of the present invention, the structure of an electronic parking brake of the present invention comprises: a main frame having a first operation space inside and a second operation space on the rear of the first operation space; a gear installed on the first operation space to be able to rotate and engage with a worm gear; a nut screw combined with the inside of the gear to have a female screw unit inside; and, a bolt screw having a male screw unit engage with the female screw unit on the rear and a screw thread deleting unit on the front of the male screw unit.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 주차 브레이크 구조는, 내부에 제1작동공간이 구비되고 이 제1작동공간 후방으로 제2작동공간이 구비되는 본체; 상기 제1작동공간에 회전 가능하도록 설치되면서 웜기어와 맞물림 되는 기어; 상기 기어 내부에 결합되는 것으로서, 내부에 암나사부가 구비되는 너트 스크루; 및 후방에 상기 암나사부에 맞물림 되는 수나사부가 구비되고 수나사부 전방에 나사산 삭제부가 구비되는 볼트 스크루; 를 포함한다.
