A high-efficiency charging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a controller which receives reservation charging setting information from an AVN (Audio Video Navigation) terminal; a BMS (Battery Management System) which calculates a charging performing condition for performing the charging with the maximum efficiency at a relatively low minimum power rate within a reservation charging completion time of the reservation charging setting information, and generates a charging waiting instruction or a charging start instruction in accordance with the calculated charging performing condition; and a charger which receives power from an output of electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE) in accordance with the charging waiting instruction or the charging start instruction, and charges a battery or waits for charging.

    본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고효율 충전 장치는, AVN(Audio Video Navigation) 단말기로부터 예약 충전 설정 정보를 수신하는 제어기; 상기 예약 충전 설정 정보의 예약 충전 완료 시간내에서 상대적으로 작은 최소 전력 요금으로 최대 효율의 충전을 수행하는 충전 수행 조건을 연산하고, 연산된 충전 수행 조건에 따라 충전 대기 지령 또는 충전 시작 지령을 생성하는 BMS(Battery Management System); 및 상기 충전 대기 지령 또는 충전 시작 지령에 따라 전기 차량 전원공급장치(EVSE)의 출력으로부터 전원을 공급받아 배터리를 충전하거나 또는 충전 대기하는 충전기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
