The present invention relates to a system for reducing vibration of the engine of a construction machine, and more specifically, to a system for reducing vibration of the engine of a construction machine, reducing vibration generated when the engine of the construction machine is driven and comprising: an engine revolutions per minute detection module; a control module; and an engine mount module. The engine revolutions per minute detection module detects revolutions per minute when the engine is driven. The control module outputs a control signal to control the damping force according to the revolutions per minute detected by the engine revolutions per minute detection module. The engine mount module is installed on the lower part of the engine and controls the damping force in accordance with the control signal applied from the control module to reduce the vibration of the engine according to the revolutions per minute of the engine. According to the present invention, the vibration of the engine, which is generated when the engine of the construction machine is driven, is reduced, and the damping force of the engine mount module is controlled according to the revolutions per minute of the engine such that the vibration of the engine is effectively reduced, thereby improving durability of a facility related to the engine and improving the quality of the driver′s ride.

    본 발명은 건설기계 엔진 진동 감쇄 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 건설기계 엔진의 구동시에 발생하는 진동을 감쇄하는 건설기계 엔진 진동 감쇄 시스템으로서, 상기 엔진 구동시에 엔진 회전수를 검출하는 엔진회전수 검출모듈과; 상기 엔진회전수 검출모듈에 의해 검출된 엔진 회전수에 대응하여 감쇄력을 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어모듈과; 상기 엔진의 하부에 설치되어, 상기 제어모듈로부터 인가되는 제어신호에 따라 감쇄력을 조절하여서 상기 엔진 회전수에 대응하여 엔진의 진동을 감쇄시키는 엔진 마운트 모듈을 포함하여 이루어지는 건설기계 엔진 진동 감쇄 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 건설기계의 엔진 구동시에 발생하는 엔진 진동을 감쇄하되 엔진의 회전수에 대응하여 엔진 마운트 모듈의 감쇄력을 조절함으로써 엔진 진동을 효율적으로 감쇄시켜서 엔진 관련 설비의 내구성을 향상시킴과 아울러 운전자의 승차감을 향상시키게 된다.
