The present invention relates to a catamaran type drilling ship and a hull structure thereof, which reduce wave making resistance and have excellent friction resistance by arranging a catamaran type hull in the stern part of a hull of the drilling ship, and enables the easy arrangement of drilling equipment in a deck and improves drilling efficiency by supplying and forming a riser and a drill pipe in both sides of the hull to efficiently design the size of the deck of the drilling ship.

    본 발명은 쌍동형 시추선 및 그 쌍동형 시추선의 선체구조에 관한 것으로, 시추선 선체의 선미 부분에 쌍동선체가 배치됨으로써 조파 저항이 줄어들고 마찰저항도 유리함은 물론, 선체의 양현 방향으로 라이저 및 드릴 파이프를 공급하도록 구성됨으로써 시추선의 데크 크기를 설계하는 데에 유리하여 데크에 시추 장비의 배치가 용이하고 시추운전 효율성을 높일 수 있다.
