The present invention relates to a heat pump system for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a heat pump system for a vehicle, which calculates a consumed current value of a blowing fan on an outdoor heat exchanger side and determines that frost has occurred in the outdoor heat exchanger when current consumption of the blowing fan is reduced by a predetermined value or less on the basis of the calculated consumed current value so as to allow defrost control to be performed, thereby enabling frost determination with higher accuracy by using the consumed current value of the blowing fan on the outdoor heat exchanger side. Moreover, as the defrost control is performed by recognizing frost of the outdoor heat exchanger at the right time, anti-frost and defrosting effects can be obtained, thereby improving the heating performance and stability of the system.

    본 발명은 차량용 히트 펌프 시스템에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 실외열교환기측 송풍팬의 소비 전류값을 구하고, 상기에서 구해진 소비 전류값을 기준으로 상기 송풍팬의 소비 전류가 일정값 이하 감소시 실외열교환기에 착상이 발생한 것으로 판정하여 상기 제상제어를 수행하도록 함으로써, 실외열교환기측 송풍팬의 소비 전류값을 이용하여 보다 정확도 높은 착상판정을 할 수 있음은 물론 상기 실외열교환기의 착상을 제때 인지하여 제상 제어를 수행함에 따라 착상 방지 및 제상 효과를 얻을 수 있고, 이로인해 시스템의 난방성능 및 안정성을 향상할 수 있는 차량용 히트 펌프 시스템에 관한 것이다.
