The present invention relates to an auxiliary thrust apparatus for a ship, which is installed on the rear of a propeller of a ship to rotate in the same direction as the direction in which the propeller rotates, to convey rotation force in the direction of rotation of the propeller during sailing of the ship, and to increase the thrust power of the propeller. According to the present invention, the auxiliary thrust apparatus for a ship of the present invention comprises: a clutch member fixated on the rear end unit of the rotating shaft of a propeller of a ship to rotate with the rotating shaft, which has multiple clutch grooves in the shape of a long hole formed along the circumference to be distanced at a certain interval; a turbine rotating shaft installed on the center unit of the clutch member to be extended backward; and, a turbine installed on the turbine rotating shaft to be able to rotate in the same direction as the direction in which the propeller rotates, which has clutch bumps formed on the front surface to correspond to and to be inserted into each of the clutch grooves and which has multiple blades formed on the external surface to be extended radially.

    본 발명은 선박의 프로펠러 후방에 프로펠러와 동일한 방향으로 회전하도록 설치되어 선박의 항행 중 프로펠러의 회전 방향으로 회전력을 전달하여 프로펠러의 추진력을 증대시킬 수 있는 선박용 보조 추진기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 선박용 보조 추진기는 선박의 프로펠러의 회전축 후단부에 고정되어 회전축과 함께 회전하며, 장공형으로 된 복수개의 클러치홈이 원주방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 이격되게 형성되어 있는 클러치부재와; 상기 클러치부재의 중심부에 후방으로 연장되게 설치된 터빈회전축과; 상기 터빈회전축에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 프로펠러와 동일한 방향으로 회전하도록 설치되며, 전방면에 상기 각각의 클러치홈에 대응하여 삽입되는 클러치돌기가 돌출되게 형성되고, 외면에는 복수개의 블레이드가 방사상으로 연장되게 형성되어 있는 터빈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
