The present invention relates to a vibration reducing apparatus of a ship superstructure using a dynamic actuator and a method thereof, which can secure comfort of crewmen by minimizing vibration generated at a place (for example, ship superstructure) where the crewmen stay for a long time in the ship. The vibration reducing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a vibration measurement unit which measures multi-direction vibration delivered to a vibration control target; a control unit which extracts amplitude and phase of vibration of each direction measured by the vibration measurement unit, and outputs a vibration cancelling signal having the same amplitude of an opposite direction to the extracted amplitude and the extracted phase of the vibration; and a vibration cancelling unit which cancels the generated vibration by vibrating the vibration control target along an opposite direction according to the vibration cancelling signal output from the control unit. The vibration reducing apparatus removes the generated vibration, by vibrating the vibration control target with the same amplitude as the generated vibration in the opposite direction to the generated vibration, after measuring the vibration in a vertical direction, a length direction and a width direction generated by an external excitation force.

    선박에서 선원들이 장시간 머무르는 장소(예를 들어, 선박 거주구)에서 발생하는 진동을 최소화하여 선원들의 안락성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 다이내믹 액추에이터를 이용한 선박 거주구 진동 저감장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 진동 제어 대상에 전달되는 다방향의 진동을 측정하는 진동 측정수단; 상기 진동 측정수단에서 측정한 각 방향의 진동 크기 및 위상을 추출하고, 상기 추출한 진동 크기 및 위상과 반대 방향의 동일 크기를 갖는 진동 상쇄신호를 출력하는 제어수단; 및 상기 제어수단에서 출력되는 진동 상쇄신호에 따라 진동 제어 대상을 진동 방향과는 반대로 진동시켜 발생한 진동을 상쇄시키는 진동 상쇄수단을 구비하고, 외부 기진력에 의해 발생하는 수직 방향, 길이 방향 및 폭 방향의 진동을 측정한 후, 그 측정된 진동과 반대 방향으로 발생한 크기와 동일한 크기로 진동 제어 대상을 진동시켜, 발생한 진동을 제거하게 된다.
