Provided is an open rack vaporizer assembly of a ship, which reduces the influence of linear acceleration caused by the roll motion of the ship. The open rack vaporizer assembly of the ship comprises: a vaporizing chamber which has a space in the center of mass of the ship; a vaporizer which is installed in the vaporizing chamber to vaporize liquefied natural gas through the heat exchange with seawater; a supply line which supplies the seawater to the vaporizer; an opening and closing valve which controls the supply of the seawater by selectively opening and closing the supply line; and a discharge line which is to discharge the seawater in the vaporizing chamber to the outside.
