A system to mount a turret pad in a ship is disclosed. The system to mount a turret pad in a ship comprises: a work hole which communicates with a moon pool formed inside a hull of a ship; a transfer rail which is installed along the work hole; a transfer vehicle which is installed to be moved along the transfer rail and transfers a shock absorbing member to the inside the moon pool; and a towing crane which is installed in the moon pool and tows the shock absorbing member to a mounting position. Therefore, the present invention prevents a decrease in structural strength of a hull when a turret pad is mounted and prevents damage caused by interference with adjacent equipment.
