A diagram of development of a detachable cart integrated-type battery which is a main component of the present invention is the same as figure 2. The battery has capacity of 12 V 36 ah. When two batteries are serially connected, the final capacity is 24 V 36 ah which is applied in the same manner of the power assisting device. The total weight of the battery is 25 kg or less. A battery case is designed as figure 3 by considering the weight. A battery engraved case is installed on a rear side of a vehicle which is firstly finished to separate the battery conveniently. Attachable and detachable tolerance is interpreted by a 3D design program. A contact unit is designed to be strong by considering durability of a power terminal. the designed battery case is manufactured by using a stainless plate and is firstly finished by a laser process, a bending process, and a pipe bending process. A cart frame is a battery carrying means.

    개발제품의 가장 주요부인 착탈식 손수레 일체형 축전지 개발 개요도는(도면2) 같다. 축전지는 12V 36ah 이며 2개를 직열 연결하여 최종 24V 36 ah의 용량이며 이는 기존의 전동 보장구와 동일하게 적용한다. 축전지의 무게는 총 25kg 미만이며 무게를 감안하여 축전지 충전 케이스를 (도면3) 과 같이 설계한다. 축전지를 편리하게 분리할 수 있도록 1차 완성된 차대 후면에 축전지 음각 케이스를 설계하고 이를 3D설계 프로그램을 통해 탈부착 허용 공차를 해석하고 전력 단자의 내구성을 고려한 접촉부를 견고하게 설계한다. 설계된 축전지케이스는 스텐레스 소재의 판재를 사용하여 레이져 및 절곡 가공과 파이프 밴딩가공을 통해 1차 완성하고 축전지 견인수단인 손수레프레임
