The present invention relates to a ball joint device for a vehicle, wherein costs can be reduced via the simplification of a process compared with a traditional process by coupling the ball joint device to a knuckle using a taper washer, and an axial force can be set depending on the shape of the section of the taper washer. The ball joint device for a vehicle comprises: a ball stud having a ball formed on an upper part and having a bolt part formed on a lower part; a dust cover having the ball mounted therein and formed integrally together with an upper arm on an outer circumference surface; a taper washer coupled to the outer circumference surface of the ball stud by indentation and having a tapered inner circumference surface; a knuckle having a mounting groove part to mount the washer; a division pin and a coupling nut combined with the bolt part of the ball stud and to be coupled to the knuckle; and an upper arm integrally formed together with the dust cover.

    본 발명은, 볼조인트 장치를 테이퍼 와셔를 이용하여 너클에 체결시킴으로써 기존 대비 공정 단순화로 단가를 낮출 수 있으며, 테이퍼 와셔의 단면의 형상에 따라 축력을 설정할 수 있는 자동차용 볼조인트 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부에 볼이 형성되고, 하부에 볼트부가 형성되는 볼스터드와, 상기한 볼이 내부에 장착되며 외주면에 어퍼암과 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 더스트카바와, 상기한 볼스터드의 외주면에 압입으로 체결되면서, 내주면이 테이퍼진 테이퍼 와셔와, 상기한 와셔가 안착되는 안착홈부를 가지는 너클과, 상기한 볼스터드의 볼트부에 결합되며, 상기 너클에 체결시키기 위한 분할핀과 체결너트와, 상기한 더스트카바와 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 어퍼암을 포함하여 이루어진다.
