The present invention relates to an apparatus to reduce an impact load on a connecting portion to moor and transport an offshore floating body which reduces an impact load occurring on a connecting portion of an offshore floating body, and a wire rope when connecting the offshore floating body to the rope to transport the offshore floating body on sea. According to the present invention, the apparatus to reduce an impact load on a connecting portion to moor and transport an offshore floating body comprises: a fixing member installed in an offshore floating body; a connecting member formed in an annular shape and connected to the fixing member to be moved; and a pulley connected to the connecting member by penetrating the connecting member to move relative to the connecting member, and on which a wire rope of a metallic material wound on a winch installed in a ship is hung.

    본 발명은 해상 부유체를 선박의 와이어 로프에 연결하여 해상에서 이송할 때 해상 부유체와 로프의 연결 부위에서 발생하는 충격 하중을 저감시킬 수 있도록 한 해상 부유체의 계류 및 이송 연결 부위의 충격하중 저감 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 해상 부유체의 계류 및 이송 연결 부위의 충격하중 저감 장치는, 해상 부유체에 설치되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재에 유동 가능하게 연결되는 링 형태의 연결부재와; 상기 연결부재를 관통하여 연결되어 연결부재에 대해 유동이 가능하며, 선박에 설치된 윈치에 감겨진 금속 재질의 와이어로프가 걸려지는 도르래를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
