The present invention relates to a measuring device (1) for detecting a rotation angle (α) without a contact. The measuring device (1) comprises: a first part (3) having a magnet (7); and, a second part (5) having a magnetic induction member (9). The first part (3) and the second part (5) are mounted around a common rotating shaft (11) to be able to rotate in an opposite direction to each other. Here, the magnetic induction member (9) is formed to detect a rotation angle value of the first part (3) related to the second part (5) according to the magnetic field (13) of the magnet (7). The magnet (7) comprises: a first section (80) having a first external diameter (D1) on a plane in a lateral direction to the rotating shaft (11) along the rotating shaft (11); and, a second section (82) connected to the first section (80) having a second external diameter (D2) on a plane in a lateral direction to the rotating shaft (11) along the rotating shaft (11). The second section (82) is placed in between the first section (80) and the magnetic induction member (9) when viewed along the rotating shaft (11). According to the present invention, to form the magnetic field as strong and uniform as possible with a condition where the structure size of the magnet (7) is small in the position of the magnetic induction member (9), the first external diameter (D1) is greater than the second external diameter (D2), and, especially, the second external diameter (D1) is 30-70% of the first diameter (D1). In addition, the present invention also relates to a control system including the measuring device of the present invention and a method for manufacturing the measuring device of the present invention.

    본 발명은 회전 각도(α)의 비접촉식 검출을 위한 측정 장치(1)에 관한 것이다. 측정 장치(1)는 자석(7)을 구비한 제 1 부품(3)을 포함한다. 또한, 측정 장치(1)는 자기 감응 부재(9)를 구비한 제 2 부품(5)도 포함한다. 제 1 부품(3)과 제 2 부품(5)은 공통 회전축(11)을 중심으로 서로 반대로 회전 가능하게 장착된다. 이 경우, 자기 감응 부재(9)는 자석(7)의 자계(13)에 따라서 제 2 부품(5)과 관련한 제 1 부품(3)의 회전 각도 값을 검출하도록 형성된다. 자석(7)은 회전축(11)을 따라서 회전축(11)에 대해 횡방향인 평면에 제 1 외경(D1)을 갖는 제 1 섹션(80)을 포함한다. 자석(7)은 회전축(11)을 따라서 회전축(11)에 대해 횡방향인 평면에 제 2 외경(D2)을 가지면서 제 1 섹션(80)에 이어지는 제 2 섹션(82)을 포함하며, 제 2 섹션(82)은 회전축(11)을 따라서 관찰할 때 제 1 섹션(80)과 자기 감응 부재(9) 사이에 위치한다. 자기 감응 부재(9)의 위치에서 자석(7)의 구조 크기가 작은 조건에서 자계를 최대한 강하고 균일하게 형성하기 위해, 본 발명에 따라서, 제 1 외경(D1)은 제 2 외경(D2)보다 더 크며, 특히 제 2 외경(D1)은 제 1 직경(D1)의 30% 내지 70% 이다. 또한, 본 발명은 본 발명에 따른 측정 장치를 포함하는 제어 시스템, 그리고 본 발명에 따른 측정 장치의 제조 방법에도 관한 것이다.
