The present invention relates to a railroad vehicle shock absorber coupling bolt having a reinforcement member preventing damage of a vehicle body of a railroad vehicle and a main control device when the railroad vehicle collides and is connected with another railroad vehicle. A vehicle body fixing plate (110) having a through-hole is installed to be fixated to the coupling bolt and a shock absorber support plate (112) is installed on a rear surface of the vehicle body fixing plate (110), and the coupling bolt (100) has a cutting groove unit (33). The vehicle body fixing plate (110) and the shock absorber support plate (112) which are overlapped to each other are coupled and installed. After a pair of groove reinforcing members (101) are installed in the cutting groove unit (33) of the coupling bolt (100), the coupling bolt (100) is inserted into the through-hole (111) of the vehicle body fixing plate (110) and the through-hole (113) of the shock absorber support plate (112) to enable the vehicle body fixing plate and the shock absorber support plate to be coupled.
