The present invention relates to an electromagnetic survey device based on an airship, wherein a transmitting coil and a receiving coil are installed in an air-sac of an airship to minimize signal interference caused by metal bodies and various electronic components making up the airship. The transmitting and receiving coils are optimized for various surveys to integrally be placed using a shape of the air-sac to allow an acquisition of various survey data through a single flight. The electromagnetic survey device provided in the airship having the air-sac comprises: the transmitting coil provided along a circumference of the air-sac around a horizontal axis to form a first magnetic field; one or more receiving coils provided along the circumference of the air-sac to detect a second magnetic field induced by the first magnetic field; and an analysis device which applies a current to the receiving coil, and analyzes a measurements of the second magnetic field detected by the receiving coil to carry out an aerial electromagnetic survey.
