The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional hoist utilizing a control circuit. The multifunctional hoist utilizing a control circuit comprises: a main body (110); a hoisting motor (112) included in the main body (110); a rod block (114) combined with the motor axis of the hoisting motor (112); a hook (116) combined with a rope being wound by the rod block (114); a laterally moving motor (118) included in the main body (110); and a controller electrically connected to the hoisting motor (112) and the laterally moving motor (118). The controller includes: an input part to receive signals to operate the motors of the hoist; and an output part to output the operation signals of the motors in accordance to the input signals from the input part. The input part includes: a plurality of input switches to select the operation mode of the motors of the hoist. The output part includes: a plurality of output switches to output an operation mode signal corresponding to the motors of the hoist when an operation mode is selected by the input switches of the input part.
