The present invention relates to submarine propulsion system and a method concurrently using GTL diesel and diesel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a new submarine propulsion system and the method concurrently using GTL diesel and diesel to make better use of a space in a submarine with the use of GTL diesel as a fuel for a fuel cell without a heavy hydrogen storage alloy taking up much space in a conventional submarine.
