A shock-absorbing device for a vehicle using a magnetic force according to the present invention includes an upper cylinder supported by a vehicle body; a lower cylinder installed on the upper cylinder to be able to slid and supported by vehicle wheels; a rod fixated to the upper cylinder; a piston installed to be able to slid along the inner circumference of the lower cylinder and fixated to the rod; and a damping spring having one end supported by the upper cylinder and the other end supported by the lower cylinder. The shock absorbing device for the vehicle using a magnetic force is characterized by including a first electromagnet fixated to the upper cylinder and generating a magnetic force by a power supply; a second electromagnet fixated to the lower cylinder and generating a magnetic force by the power supply; a first spring forming the damping spring and having one end supported by the first electromagnet; a second spring forming the damping spring and having one end supported by the second electromagnet; and a booster permanent magnet installed between the first and second springs, having the top surface supporting the other end of the first spring and the bottom surface supporting the other end of the second spring, and formed into a ring shape to prevent interference in the upper and lower cylinders.
